The Trucking Network (“TTN,” “we,” “our,” “us”) is committed to protecting the privacy of all Exhibitors (“you,” “your”) who participate in our events, including the Truck Expo, Job Fair, and related conferences (“Event”). This Privacy Policy explains how your personal information is collected, used, disclosed, and protected in accordance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable Ontario privacy laws.

We collect personal and business information necessary to register you as an Exhibitor for the Event and ensure smooth participation. This may include:

• Booth preferences and setup requests
• Interaction with attendees and other exhibitors

• To register you as an Exhibitor for the Event

a. With Job Seekers (If Relevant)

If you submit your company details to a job seeker during the Event or through TTN’s event portal, that information will be shared directly with the job seeker only.

TTN does not guarantee business deals, partnerships, or hiring outcomes.

b. Event Service Providers

We may share limited information with:

• Venue operators
• Security personnel
• Registration platform providers

These third parties are required to use your information solely for event-related purposes.

c. Legal Requirements

We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or regulatory authority.

TTN does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

By attending the Event, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You may be photographed or recorded during the Event

• Hiring decisions or employment outcomes
• Wages, compensation, or working conditions
• Any agreements made directly between job seekers and employers

Exhibitors should conduct their own due diligence before entering into agreements with job seekers or other exhibitors.

10. Updates to This Privacy Policy

TTN may modify this Privacy Policy from time to time.
Any updates will be posted on our website with a revised effective date.

Continued participation after updates means you accept the revised policy.
