The Trucking Network (“TTN,” “we,” “our,” “us”) is committed to protecting the privacy of all Job Seekers and Attendees (“you,” “your”) who participate in our events, including the Truck Expo, Job Fair, and related conferences (“Event”).

TTN collects and uses personal information for the following purposes:

• To register you for the Event
• To share event reminders, instructions, or updates
• To connect you with participating employers (only if you voluntarily submit your information)
• To allow communication between job seekers and exhibitors
• To manage event security, attendance, and logistics
• To improve future TTN events and services
• To comply with legal or regulatory requirements

Your personal information will not be used for purposes other than those identified above without your consent.

3. Disclosure of Personal Information

TTN may disclose your information in the following circumstances:

a. With Employers (Only With Your Consent)

If you submit your résumé, job application, or personal details to an employer at the Event or through TTN’s job portal, that information will be shared directly with that employer only.

TTN does not guarantee employment, wages, or hiring outcomes.

b. Event Service Providers

We may share limited information with:

• Venue operators
• Security personnel
• Registration platform providers

These third parties are required to use your information solely for event-related purposes.

c. Legal Requirements

We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or regulatory authority.

TTN does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

4. Photography, Video & Media

By attending the Event, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You may be photographed or recorded during the Event

• Any agreements made directly between job seekers and employers

Job seekers should conduct their own due diligence before accepting any employment.

10. Updates to This Privacy Policy

TTN may modify this Privacy Policy from time to time.
Any updates will be posted on our website with a revised effective date.

Continued attendance after updates means you accept the revised policy.
