Terms and Conditions

Please review all policies carefully, as they are designed to ensure a safe, fair, and successful experience for all exhibitors and attendees, including compliance with venue regulations, adherence to setup and teardown schedules, proper use of booth space, and respect for fellow participants and event staff.

Exhibitor Terms & Conditions

Truck Expo & Job Fair – September 19, 2026
Organized by The Trucking Network Inc. (“TTN”)

These Terms & Conditions apply to all exhibitors (“Exhibitor,” “you,” “your”) participating in the Truck Expo & Job Fair (“Event”). By registering, you agree to the following:

1. Exhibitor Responsibilities

  • Exhibitors must provide accurate information during registration, including company details and representatives attending.
  • Exhibitors must set up and dismantle their booth within the timelines provided by TTN.
  • Exhibitors are responsible for monitoring their booth and materials throughout the event.

2. Booth Setup & Display Rules

  • All displays must remain within the assigned booth space.
  • Aisles must remain clear at all times; blocking neighboring booths is not permitted.
  • No nailing, drilling, digging, or attaching items to venue walls, floors, or property in a way that causes damage.
  • Only venue-approved tape or non-damaging adhesives are permitted.
  • Exhibitors may use other venue-approved methods to mount or display materials.
  • Exhibitors are responsible for any damage caused to the venue or TTN property.

3. No Soliciting Outside Booth

To maintain a respectful and professional environment:

  • Exhibitors may not leave their booth to solicit attendees in aisles, entryways, or other public areas.
  • Approaching or soliciting other exhibitors is not allowed.
  • Promotional materials may only be distributed within your assigned booth space.

4. Professional Conduct

  • Exhibitors and their staff must maintain professional behavior at all times.
  • TTN reserves the right to remove any Exhibitor whose conduct is inappropriate, disruptive, or unsafe.
  • Removal for misconduct does not qualify for a refund.

5. Safety & Compliance

  • Exhibitors must comply with all venue regulations, fire codes, and safety instructions.
  • Electrical equipment and displays must meet safety standards.
  • TTN may remove items or displays deemed unsafe.

6. Liability

  • Exhibitors attend and exhibit at their own risk.
  • TTN and the venue are not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of Exhibitor property.
  • Exhibitors are encouraged to carry their own business liability insurance.

7. No Employment Guarantees

For recruitment-related exhibitors:

  • TTN is not responsible for any hiring discussions, job offers, wage negotiations, or commitments made between Exhibitors and job seekers.
  • All employment matters are strictly between the Exhibitor and the candidate.

8. Event Changes

TTN reserves the right to modify the event schedule, layout, hours, or venue setup if needed.
Exhibitors will be notified of significant changes as early as reasonably possible.

9. Cancellation Policy (Exhibitors)

a. Exhibitor Cancellations

  • Cancellations more than 30 days before the event:
    Full refund minus a 5% processing fee.
  • Cancellations 20–30 days before the event:
    50% refund.
  • Cancellations within 20 days of the event:
    Non-refundable.

b. Substitutions

  • Exhibitors may send a substitute representative from the same company at no additional cost.
  • Substitutions must be communicated to TTN in writing.

c. Event Cancellation by TTN

If TTN must cancel or postpone the event due to circumstances beyond its control (e.g., severe weather, venue shutdown, emergencies):

  • TTN will issue a full credit toward a future TTN event.
  • Cash refunds may not be available in force majeure situations.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By registering as an Exhibitor for the Truck Expo & Job Fair on September 19, 2026, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions and the Cancellation Policy.
