For Industry Associate
The Trucking Network (TTN)

Effective Date: September 19, 2026

These Terms & Conditions apply to Industry Associates (“you,” “your”), including industry associations, service providers, training institutions, insurers, technology companies, and other non-hiring or non-exhibiting stakeholders attending the Truck Expo & Job Fair on September 19, 2025 (the “Event”).

By registering for or attending the Event, you agree to the following terms.

1. Purpose of Industry Associate Attendance

Industry Associate passes are intended for:

• Networking with industry professionals
• Supporting workforce development within the transportation sector
• Learning about industry trends and challenges

Industry Associate passes do not permit recruitment, hiring, or solicitation activities unless expressly approved in writing by TTN.

2.Registration & Access

• All Industry Associates must be registered and approved by TTN prior to the Event
• TTN reserves the right to approve, deny, or revoke access at its discretion
• Event badges must be worn at all times and are non-transferable
• Misuse or sharing of credentials may result in immediate removal without refund

3. Recruitment & Solicitation Restrictions

Unless registered as an Exhibitor or Employer:

• You may not recruit, interview, or hire job seekers
• You may not collect résumés, applications, or personal data
• You may not distribute marketing materials, flyers, or giveaways
• You may not actively solicit attendees, job seekers, or exhibitors

Violation of these terms may result in removal from the Event without refund.

4. Professional Conduct

All Industry Associates must:

• Conduct themselves professionally and respectfully
• Follow all venue rules, health & safety guidelines, and TTN staff instructions
• Avoid disruptive, aggressive, or inappropriate behavior

TTN reserves the right to remove any attendee whose conduct negatively impacts the Event.

5. Photography, Video & Media Consent

By attending the Event, you acknowledge that:

• You may be photographed or recorded during the Event
• TTN may use images or recordings for marketing, promotional, or informational purposes
• No compensation will be provided

If you wish to opt out, written notice must be provided to TTN prior to the Event.

6. Privacy & Data Protection

• TTN handles personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable laws (PIPEDA and Ontario regulations)
• Industry Associates may not collect personal data from attendees without explicit consent
• Unauthorized use of personal information may result in removal and future attendance restrictions

7. No Guarantees

TTN does not guarantee:

• Business leads or meetings
• Access to specific attendees or decision-makers
• Any outcomes resulting from Event participation

8. Liability

• Attendance is at your own risk
• TTN is not responsible for loss, theft, injury, or damage to personal or business property
• You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TTN, its staff, partners, and venue from claims arising from your participation

9. Event Changes or Cancellation

TTN reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel the Event if necessary.
TTN’s liability is limited to any registration fees paid, if applicable.

10. Code of Conduct

All attendees are expected to behave professionally and respectfully.

TTN reserves the right to remove any individual engaging in inappropriate, unsafe, or disruptive behavior without refund.
